I'm not a facebook user, but a site called uCatholic has a prayer post section that allows direct posts as well as facebook member posts. It worked well, until it didn't. Jun/Jul 2020 had 25k email readers on a daily basis, then one fine day, it fell to a few hundred. What happened? Not sure, but since then, spam slingshots onto these prayer posts on a daily basis. I reported it, nothing. Asked my boyos how to remove it or block it, nada. The push for making money from home by ESL misfits or bots from hell has ruined the reason behind posting those prayer intentions in the first place; works of mercy, both spiritual and temporal. Dr. Taylor Marshall often says on his monologues to 'take up space' online. Well, not that way. Not anymore. My four children take up plenty of space! God sees our sacrifice and silent prayer in private.
